3 Camera Upgrades That Yield Staggering Photos

Huawei has done it again, creating the camera phone to beat. The 3D pattern on the back along with the curved display is likely to induce more complications, especially if you're not too amazed by big phones. To the right of that is an LED flash and below that, a time-of-flight sensor. Together with the colour saturation provided by the 40 MP main camera, and stability of OIS, the SuperZoom Lens offers 10x hybrid zoom 1 to see the never-before-seen with great resolution and rich detail.

The Night Mode on the Huawei P30 Pro is another striking feature that the company is extremely proud of. This mode, as with previous Huawei flagships, increases the time of exposure to let more light in. But instead of taking a single long-exposure image, the Huawei P30 Pro's Night Mode appears to be stitching multiple images at different exposure levels to make sure that all parts of the frame are adequately illuminated.

That said, Huawei's new sensor isn't perfect, because while it has dramatically improved the P30's Pro's low-light performance, it seems to have slightly negatively impacted the P30's Pro's bright light shooting. This is hugely significant news as it should future-proof devices including the P30 Pro.

Huawei has posted a statement on its official website, clarifying that "All Huawei smartphones and tablets will continue to receive security patches and Android updates." The statement goes on to say that popular current phones like the Huawei P30 series and the Mate 20 Pro will get updated to Android Q. The company has already launched a beta developer program for Android Q-based EMUI 10 and the company has begun testing over 17 devices.

That makes the standard Huawei P30 a little battery bit more difficult to fall for than the bigger model, but if you want the same design in a smaller body with a decent battery life, we could definitely see why this more pocketable P-series is worth checking out.
